Paying for VEED: what to know
- VEED bills per editor: the plan price is multiplied by the number of editors, and you're charged as soon as you invite someone.
- Billed yearly, Creator is $125 and Pro is $234. The Pay monthly / Pay yearly toggle promises savings of up to 59%.
- VEED shows prices in your local currency when it can, otherwise in USD. Check the currency before paying with a Visa USD card.
- AI credits and translation minutes don't roll over; the allowance resets at each renewal.
- Free trials of paid plans are for Enterprise teams of three or more, so Creator and Pro are paid up front.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
