How to pay for HeyGen with a VirtCardPay card
- Open @VirtCardPaybot in Telegram and press Start.
- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or TON.
- Issue a Visa card in US dollars (USD): HeyGen is on the list of services it works with.
- Choose a plan at heygen.com/pricing. To change the card or billing details, go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Billing from the account icon at the bottom left.
- If a 3-D Secure confirmation is requested, the code arrives as a message in the bot.

Paying for HeyGen: what to know
- Annual billing brings Creator down to $24 a month from $29, and every paid plan gets two months free on yearly billing.
- The HeyGen API is billed separately: you buy pay-as-you-go credits in any amount, and they expire after 12 months.
- On Business, each extra team member costs $20 a month on top of the $149 base, so plan your top-ups accordingly.
- Add your VAT number in Manage Billing, where you'll also find your Invoice History.
- Subscriptions started in the iPhone app can only be changed in your Apple Account settings, not in HeyGen.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.

Where do I change my card on HeyGen?
Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Billing → Add Payment Method. It's only available with an active subscription.
Are API credits included in my plan?
No. The API is prepaid, and credits are bought separately from Creator, Pro and Business.
Do unused credits roll over?
On monthly plans they roll over for one month; on annual plans they build up until renewal. They don't carry over after you cancel.
Which card should I get for HeyGen?
