Paying for Higgsfield: what to know
- Higgsfield adds tax at checkout as a separate line based on your billing location, so the total is higher than the plan price.
- Plans renew on the same date each month or year, and price increases come with at least 30 days' email notice.
- Refunds cover only your first purchase, within 7 days, and only if you haven't used a single credit. A fee of up to 6% applies.
- When you run out of credits you can buy Credit Packs or turn on Auto-Refill. With auto-refill on, keep an eye on the card balance.
- Add a new card before removing the old one: you can't delete the only card on an active subscription.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
