Paying for Abacus.AI (ChatLLM): what to know
- Pro is Basic plus $10, so $20 a month in total, and it adds 10K credits on top of the 20K in Basic.
- Each invited team member costs $10 a month, billed from the moment they're invited, and the team owner gets the invoice.
- You can't remove a card yourself; it only goes away if you delete the account via support@abacus.ai. Don't keep more on the card than you need.
- Purchased credits roll over to the next month, while subscription credits reset on your renewal date.
- After you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the paid month. There are no refunds based on model output.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
