Paying for KREA AI: what to know
- Yearly billing is about 40% cheaper: Pro drops to $21 a month from $35.
- Compute packs (2,000 to 50,000 units) are one-time purchases valid for 90 days. Monthly plan units expire at the end of each cycle.
- Refunds are offered at cancellation only if the workspace used under 650 compute units and made fewer than 20 generations this month.
- Add a VAT number or Tax ID in the Stripe portal: Billing Information → Update Information → Tax ID.
- If an earlier payment failed, Stripe retries the unpaid invoice, so keep enough on the card or two months may be charged at once.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
