Paying for Runway: what to know
- The pricing page defaults to annual prices ($12, $28, $76 a month). Standard is $15 billed monthly, so check the Monthly/Yearly toggle before you pay.
- Top up from Plans & Billing with a 1,000-credit minimum. Purchased credits never expire, unlike monthly ones.
- Unused monthly credits don't roll over on Standard and Pro; Max rolls them over for up to one month.
- Plans belong to a Workspace, so on a team the Workspace owner is the one who pays.
- Besides cards, Stripe offers Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods at Runway, depending on your country.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
