How to pay for Resend with a VirtCardPay card
- Open @VirtCardPaybot in Telegram and press Start.
- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or TON.
- Issue a Visa card in US dollars (USD): Resend is on the list of services it works with.
- Change your plan and card in the dashboard under Settings → Billing (resend.com/settings/billing). To cancel, click the three dots next to your plan.
- If a 3-D Secure confirmation is requested, the code arrives as a message in the bot.

Paying for Resend: what to know
- Resend has no annual plans or yearly discount, so the card is charged every month — keep enough on it for the next renewal.
- Overage beyond your email quota has to be enabled under Transactional Overages and is charged to the card in buckets of 1,000 emails.
- Without overages enabled, Resend just notifies you when you hit the limit and offers an upgrade — nothing is charged automatically.
- Transactional and marketing email are separate plans; marketing is priced by contacts, not emails sent.
- Add your billing address and VAT or tax ID under Billing so invoices are issued correctly. Invoices go to a single team billing email.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.

How much does Resend cost?
On resend.com/pricing at the time of checking, transactional Pro was $20/month for 50,000 emails, Scale started at $90 for 100,000, and marketing Pro started at $40 for 5,000 contacts. The free tier is 3,000 emails a month, capped at 100 a day.
Can I pay for Resend annually?
No — the pricing page says there are no annual plans and no discount for paying yearly. Annual commitments at high volume go through sales.
Will Resend charge me if I go over my limit?
Only if Transactional Overages is enabled in team settings; then extra emails are charged to your card in 1,000-email buckets. Otherwise Resend just warns you.
How do I get Resend invoices to my accountant?
Each team has one billing email. Use a shared address, or invite your accountant to the team — members can download PDF invoices from the Billing page.
How much do I need to put on the card?
At issue, from $30 / €30 goes straight onto the card. After that, top up from $30 / €30; the top-up fee is 4%. Keep the charge amount on the card plus a small margin.
Is it safe?
Only you see the card details — in the bot and your dashboard. 3-D Secure codes arrive in Telegram, and you can freeze the card in one tap.
