Paying for Yesim (eSIM): what to know
- On Pay & Fly your Ycoins balance is charged for every megabyte you use, from €0.92 per GB depending on the country. Yesim recommends keeping at least €10 on the balance.
- When you top up you can turn on auto top-up: once the balance falls to €1, Yesim tops it up by your chosen amount from the card. Keep the card funded or leave the box unticked.
- The Pay & Fly balance never expires, so it's better to top up once before your trip than to make lots of small converted payments.
- Yesim prices are in euros, so a Mastercard EUR card pays them without extra conversion.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay only work in Yesim's apps, while a card works both on the website and in the app.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
- Still not working? Message support at @VirtCardPaySupportbot and we'll sort it out.
