Paying for Z.AI (GLM): what to know
- Prices are in dollars while the card is in euros, so the amount is converted at payment. Keep a small buffer on the card.
- Charges come from credits first, then your cash balance, and only then the linked card. Small card charges may be rounded up to a minimum amount.
- Plans renew automatically; cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once bought, even if barely used, so start with the Lite tier.
- When you move up a tier, the unused value of your current plan is converted to account balance and the new tier starts immediately.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes. Upgrading to a yearly period on the same tier is added to your current validity period.
How much do I need to put on the card?
At issue, from $30 / €30 goes straight onto the card. After that, top up from $30 / €30; the top-up fee is 4%. Keep the charge amount on the card plus a small margin.
Is it safe?
