Paying for Genspark: what to know
- Annual plans are charged upfront for the year ($239.99 for Plus), but credits are still issued monthly.
- Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the next renewal, and unused credits don't carry over.
- Tax (VAT/GST) and your bank's conversion fees come on top of the plan price; Genspark adds no fees of its own.
- The Team plan is billed by credit card through Stripe only.
- Refunds are available within 72 hours (14 days in the EU, UK and Turkey), but may be declined or given as credits if you've used 50% or more.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
