How to pay for OVHcloud with a VirtCardPay card
- Open @VirtCardPaybot in Telegram and press Start.
- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or TON.
- Issue a Visa card in US dollars (USD): OVHcloud is on the list of services it works with.
- In the Control Panel, click your name in the top right and choose My payment methods. The prepaid balance is on the My Prepaid Account tab on the same page.
- If a 3-D Secure confirmation is requested, the code arrives as a message in the bot.

Paying for OVHcloud: what to know
- When you register a card, you're redirected to the payment provider and a small amount is taken to check the card. Fund the card before your first order.
- 3-D Secure must be enabled, and the cardholder name must match your OVHcloud account details.
- Top up My Prepaid Account with the Credit button: renewals are paid from it first, and any shortfall goes to your default card.
- Renewals always use the default payment method and are taken at the start of the month. To switch cards, add the new one, make it default, then delete the old one.
- If an order fails or is cancelled, the card hold can take up to 15 days to clear.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.

Why does OVHcloud take money when I add a card?
It's a small check that the card is valid. OVHcloud doesn't state the amount, and the card activates within a few minutes.
How does the OVHcloud prepaid account work?
You top up My Prepaid Account in advance and orders and renewals are paid from it. If it runs short, the rest is charged to your saved card within 24 hours.
Can I renew a VPS manually?
Yes, domains, web hosting, VPS and dedicated servers support manual renewal, paid via the link in the reminder email.
How much do I need to put on the card?
At issue, from $30 / €30 goes straight onto the card. After that, top up from $30 / €30; the top-up fee is 4%. Keep the charge amount on the card plus a small margin.
