- Open @VirtCardPaybot in Telegram and press Start.

Paying for PayPal (привязка карты к PayPal): what to know
- To confirm a US-dollar card, PayPal charges $1.95. It's refunded right after you confirm, so have at least $2 on the card before linking it.
- The code appears in the transaction description as PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE. Look for it in the card's transaction history in the VirtCardPay bot, since PayPal won't give it by email or phone.
- You can request a new code up to three times, and each request is another $1.95 charge. Only enter the code from the latest one.
- If there's no Confirm Card link on the card, PayPal has already confirmed it and there's nothing more to do.
- PayPal refunds the $1.95 immediately, but the issuer can take up to 30 days to credit it, so don't freeze the card until it arrives.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
