- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or TON.
- Issue a Visa card in US dollars (USD): Amazon is on the list of services it works with.

Paying for Amazon: what to know
- At checkout Amazon only checks the card and your bank reserves the funds. You're charged when the order ships; for multi-item orders, once everything has shipped or five days after the order date, whichever comes first.
- If you change the order before it ships, Amazon may request a new authorization and cancel the old one. The bank releases reserved funds within 5–7 days, so keep a buffer.
- Amazon Currency Converter offers to charge you in your card's local currency at Amazon's rate. With a Visa USD card, choose to pay in US dollars so there's no conversion.
- An authorization may fail once or twice before the bank approves it, and Amazon emails you if there's a problem. Check your balance and the 3-D Secure code in the bot.
- Amazon's currency converter doesn't cover subscriptions or digital products (except Kindle eBooks), so those are charged in USD anyway.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
- Still not working? Message support at @VirtCardPaySupportbot and we'll sort it out.
FAQ
When does Amazon charge my card?
When the order ships. Until then there's an authorization on the card, a reserved amount that isn't a charge.
My order was cancelled but the money hasn't come back. Why?
Amazon tells your bank the authorization is no longer needed, and the funds are released within 5–7 days.
Should I pay on Amazon in USD or my own currency?
With a Visa USD card, pay in US dollars: it's the card's currency, so nothing is converted. Amazon always lets you pay in USD.
How much do I need to put on the card?
At issue, from $30 / €30 goes straight onto the card. After that, top up from $30 / €30; the top-up fee is 4%. Keep the charge amount on the card plus a small margin.
Is it safe?
Only you see the card details — in the bot and your dashboard. 3-D Secure codes arrive in Telegram, and you can freeze the card in one tap.
