How to pay for iHerb with a VirtCardPay card
- Open @VirtCardPaybot in Telegram and press Start.
- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or TON.
- Issue a Mastercard in euros (EUR): it has no merchant restrictions.
- You enter the card at the payment step of checkout; iHerb shows the available payment methods once you've entered a shipping address.
- If a 3-D Secure confirmation is requested, the code arrives as a message in the bot.

The exact amount is shown in the bot before you confirm.
Paying for iHerb: what to know
- iHerb sets the currency automatically from the country in Country & Language Preferences, and final prices follow your shipping address. If that country pays in euros, a EUR card avoids conversion.
- The payment processor may post a temporary $1–2 charge to verify the card. iHerb doesn't receive it, and it's returned within 2–5 business days.
- On top of that there's a hold for the order amount. It lasts 1–5 days on debit cards and up to 30 days on credit cards, after which you see one final charge with any discounts applied.
- If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank may add foreign transaction or conversion fees, which iHerb has no control over.
- iHerb never charges more than the amount shown at checkout, so use that figure when topping up the card.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
- Still not working? Message support at @VirtCardPaySupportbot and we'll sort it out.
FAQ
Why did iHerb charge my card $1?
It's a verification authorization by the payment processor. iHerb doesn't receive it, and it's returned within 2–5 business days.
Which currency will iHerb charge me in?
The currency of the country selected in your account settings, with final prices set by your shipping address.
There's an iHerb hold on my card. Am I paying twice?
No, it's a temporary hold for the order amount. You'll then see one final charge.
How much do I need to put on the card?
At issue, from $30 / €30 goes straight onto the card. After that, top up from $30 / €30; the top-up fee is 4%. Keep the charge amount on the card plus a small margin.
Is it safe?
Only you see the card details — in the bot and your dashboard. 3-D Secure codes arrive in Telegram, and you can freeze the card in one tap.
