Paying for Miro: what to know
- The $8 and $20 prices are per member per month, billed yearly. Monthly billing costs more; yearly saves about 20%.
- Business comes with a 14-day free trial. Put the end date in your calendar.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and start a new billing period. Unused time on the old plan is deducted from the new invoice.
- Invoicing is annual only and has seat minimums, so small teams are better off paying by card.
- Organizations in the EU, Norway, Turkey and the UK are charged VAT on top.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
