Paying for WeMod: what to know
- The 3-day free trial is only for the yearly plan and only once per account. Monthly Pro is charged right away with no trial.
- Starting the trial usually puts a temporary $1 hold on the card. It isn't a charge and drops off in 5–7 business days. Some regions hold the full amount, so it's safer to have the yearly price on the card.
- If you don't cancel within the 3 days, the yearly plan is charged automatically and renews every year until you cancel.
- Prices are listed in USD and can vary by currency and location, so check the final amount on the Billing page.
- Wand's terms say refunds generally aren't given, including for unused time, so cancel before your renewal date.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
