Paying for Freepik: what to know
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and local taxes, so the checkout total is higher than the plan price. A USD card is charged with a currency conversion.
- Annual billing saves about 25% but is charged for the whole year at once. Annual credits last a year and don't reset every month.
- Your card has to allow international and recurring payments, since the company is based in Spain and plans renew automatically.
- If a payment is declined, update your payment method and Magnific retries the charge on its own. Premium features stay off until it goes through.
- There's a 30-day refund guarantee and no cancellation fee.
If the payment fails
- Check the balance of the card itself, not the main balance in the bot: the charge goes to the card.
- Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVC: a typo is a common reason for a decline.
- Don't retry many times in a row: payment systems may temporarily decline frequent attempts. Wait and try again.
